bordering Tuscany and Lazio.

Possibly the oldest olive native Italian variety, already documented in the Etruscan frescoes.
A very unique territory situated halfway between the sea and the cone volcano of Bolsena.
Here we have different terrains (sand, clay, rock, tuff, volcanic lapilli) and different microclimates.
